When I look at the user's charging pass I see the status unverified. What does this mean?

You can check if a whitelisted pass has been recognized by the Maxem Energy Cloud. After the charging pass has been whitelisted and used at least once the system will mark the charging pass as ‘verified’.

You can check this as follows:

  1. Click on the left on ‘users’. Click on the user with a whitelisted charging pass. 
  2. A menu pops up. Click on the tab ‘user passes’.
  3. The passes that are added to this user will be shown. If the status says ‘verified’ in green the pass has been recognized as a whitelist pass that has been used. If you see the status ‘unverified’ in yellow the charging pass has not been used yet. This does not mean the charge card is not accepted. 

 


FAQ

- I added a charging pass to the whitelist and we already used it, but the status is still unverified. 

If this happened it can be possible you added the charge card incorrectly to the whitelist. Please check if you did not make a mistake in the added Pass ID or UID. Read here how to add a charge pass to the whitelist: How do I add a public charging card as a 'whitelist' charging card?
