What is the status of my support ticket?

When you created a support ticket through our support ticket form you will get a confirmation e-mail. Hereafter Maxem support will respond through e-mail.

Did you not get a response yet? Then you can respond to the automatic e-mail to follow up on your ticket.

Did you create a ticket through the chatbot Evi? Then you will not always get an automatic confirmation e-mail. We will respond within 24 hours if you left your e-mailadress to let Evi create a ticket.
