I want to move my charging station to another backoffice platform. How do I do that?

To change to another backoffice follow the next steps:
- Cancel you subscription for the charging station. (Article)
- To change the charging station to another platform you need to consult your installer to change the backoffice URL in the charging station settings.
- If you are using a sim card of Maxem, please make sure you replace it for a sim card of the new provider or use an internet cable instead.
- Follow the instructions of your new backoffice provider to register you charging station.
