I want to move my charging station to another backoffice platform. How do I do that?

To change to another backoffice follow the next steps:

  1. Cancel you subscription for the charging station. (Article)
  2. To change the charging station to another platform you need to consult your installer to change the backoffice URL in the charging station settings. 
  3. If you are using a sim card of Maxem, please make sure you replace it for a sim card of the new provider or use an internet cable instead. 
  4. Follow the instructions of your new backoffice provider to register you charging station.
