If you have any SIM card or EMS subscriptions together with AC/DC subscriptions, you can cancel them by contacting our finance team via email at finance@maxem.energy or by filling out the [contact form for our finance department](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/2mMsLOqRLQl2l8S6q3ZbgDA2dyw99). Please include the serial numbers of the assets or controllers you want to cancel. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation with the end date of your subscription and, if applicable, your final invoice. If you only have AC or DC charging subscriptions, you can cancel them by archiving the assets in the platform.
