Sometimes it can be unclear who to contact with your question or problem. This overview shows you which company or department to contact for specific questions.
Installer
Is your charging station offline? Or does your charging station display an error code or won't start charging? Or is there a problem with the power supply? Then contact your installer.
Charge Card Provider
Do you need a new card or are you no longer able to charge with your charge card at multiple charging stations? Then contact your charge card provider.
Account Administrator
Was your account created by your company or installer? Then they are the administrators of your account. Want to adjust settings or add charge cards but don't have the permissions? Then contact the administrator first.
Manufacturer
Are you an installer or partner and did you see an error that is probably in the charging station itself? Then first check our Troubleshooting articles. Were you not able to solve an error in the charging station? Then contact the manufacturer.
Self service
Are you a new private customer and you want to use our platform for your charging station for home use? Then check this article.

Technical Support
Did you see an error in the transaction? Then first check our Troubleshooting articles. Often, there is an error in the charging station itself. In that case, you should contact your installer. If you are an installer you may need to contact the manufacturer of the charging station.
Are you a private customer who wants to add an extra charging station to your account and don't have an administrator? Or do you think you've spotted a bug in the platform? Then please contact our technical support.
Financial Department
You can edit your bank details and email address yourself in the platform. Do you have questions about a specific subscription, invoice or a payment? Then please contact our financial department.
