It is possible you tried to add a user account to your organization, but the account is not added. Within the Maxem Energy Cloud it is possible to use an e-mailadress only once.
Ask the user if they already have an account within the Maxem Energy Cloud. If the user already has an account the new account should be created with a different e-mailadress.
Note: Do you want to make an existing user responsible over multiple sub-organizations? Then make sure the user is added in the main organization and not in the sub-organization.
