How to remotely stop an ongoing transaction?

An issue that may occur for an EV driver is when the charging transaction does not stop after the driver attempts to end it. The platform provides remote assistance to stop the transaction.

Required Steps:

  1. Select the correct organization from the left menu under 'Organizations' by clicking on the tile for the organization where the ongoing transaction needs to be stopped. This will open the organization settings.

  2. Select the correct location from the left menu under 'Locations' by clicking on the tile for the location where the transaction needs to be stopped. This will open the location settings.

  3. Select the correct charging station from the left menu under 'Assets' by clicking on the row for the charging station. This will open the charging station settings.

  4. Select the connector of the charging station where the transaction needs to be stopped, then click on ‘Stop Remotely’ and confirm by clicking ‘Yes, definitely!’ to remotely stop the charging transaction.

    Note: Following these steps will navigate you to all charging stations connected to the platform at the same location within an organization's charging site. There is also a shorter route via the search function for a specific charging station, but this will only display that particular station
