How to contact Maxem Technical support?

Introduction: This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to contact Maxem Technical Support for assistance with any technical issues you may encounter.

Step 1: Ask Evi

  • Please try our chatbot Evi first. You can find it by logging in on the Maxem Energy Cloud: cloud.maxem.energy. The chatbot is in the lower right corner of the webpage. If the chatbot cannot solve the problem you can ask Evi you want to speak a support colleague and it will create a supportticket for you. 


Step 2: Create a Support Ticket yourself

  • If your issue is not resolved through the FAQs or knowledge base, click on the "Create support ticket" tab at the top of this page.
  • A dropdown menu will appear; select "Technical Support" from the options provided.

Step 3: Submit Detailed Information

  • Complete the support form with as much detail as possible.
  • Providing comprehensive information will enable our support team to address your issue more effectively and efficiently.
  • After submitting your ticket, our support department will contact you shortly to assist with your inquiry.
