When do I receive my invoices/bills?
Subscription invoices
You can receive your billing for the subscriptions monthly or annually, depending on the organization settings you have saved.
You can change or check the billing period as follows:
- Go to the organization settings:
- If you want to change or check the settings for your own organization click on 'My organization' in the down left corner of the homepage of the Maxem Energy Cloud.
- If you want to change or check it for a sub-organization click on the left on organizations and click on the tile of the chosen organization. Then click on 'organization settings' on the left.
- Click on the tab 'Billing'. Here you can find the invoice period.
- Click on the pencil to edit and choose if you want your billing monthly or annually.

- Save the settings by clicking on the diskette icon. Be aware that all fields with a asterisk * should be filled in to be able to save. Often you need to fill in the last name under financial contact details.
Reimbursement invoices
The reimbursements are paid out by Maxem at the end of the next month. For example, transactions in January are reimbursed at the end of February, etc. You will also receive your bill at the end of the next month. Maxem will then automatically send the invoice to your specified email address.
