How do I set up that cardholders can charge for free both at the office and at home?
This article is for partners. For customers where charging needs to take place both at the office and at home, such as in an employer-employee relationship, it may be desirable that all transactions at both the office and at home are paid by the same organization. In that case, the transactions at both the office and at home must be executed via whitelisting.
Steps
- Create the client's main organization
- Navigate to the main organization
- Create the suborganization for the employee
- Create the locations for each organization
- Add the charging stations to the right location
- Add the users
- Add the charge passes
- Check the main organization settings
- Check the sub organization settings
