How can I cancel my subscription?
If you have any SIM card or EMS subscriptions together with AC/DC subscriptions you can cancel them by contacting our finance team via email at finance@maxem.energy or by filling out the contact form for our finance department: Link.
Please inform us what the asset serial names are of the assets or controller you want to cancel. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation with the end date of your subscription and, if applicable, your final invoice.
If you only have AC or DC charging subscriptions you can cancel the subscription bij archiving them in the platform. See how in this article: Link.
