How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting our finance team via email at finance@maxem.energy or by filling out the contact form for our finance department: Link.

Please inform us what the asset serial names are of the charging stations you want to cancel. Once we receive your request, you will receive a confirmation with the end date of your subscription and, if applicable, your final invoice.
