A charging card is not accepted at this charging station
In some cases, a charging card may not be accepted by the charging station. You can check this as follows:
- Click "Locations" on the left menu. Then click the location tile in which the asset is .
- Next, click "Assets" on the left menu.
- Click the charging station you want to check.
- A menu for the charging station will then open. Click the "Activity" tab.
- Here you can view the history of cards offered. Check which charging card is the first one.
- If a charging card displays "Invalid" (ongeldig) under "Authorization," the card has not been accepted.

Possible causes and solutions
- Do you see that one or many different charge cards are not being accepted?
Then check the access mode in the location settings. Find out where to find the access mode here: Link. If the access mode is set to "Limit this location only to certain people," only cards on the whitelist will be accepted, and all other cards will be rejected.
- Only one card is not accepted and the access mode is set correctly

- My access mode is set correctly, but multiple passes are still not being accepted.
