A change of the billing moment of subscriptions
Effective November 1, 2025, our billing process for Maxem Energy Cloud subscriptions will change.
Previously, all new subscriptions were billed on the 10th of each month. New subscriptions added after the 10th of the month were billed the following month, for two periods. To better align our billing with the actual subscription period, we are implementing a change to the billing schedule.
What's changing?
Effective November 1, 2025, our billing schedule will be adjusted as follows:

On the first working day of each month, we will send invoices for all new subscriptions started in the previous month.

On the 10th of each month, we will continue to send invoices, as usual, for all active subscriptions for that month.
This change ensures a consistent and transparent billing process for all subscription periods.
What do you need to do?
You don't need to take any action. This change will automatically take effect, and you will continue to receive your invoices as usual.
