At Maxem, the maximum kWh tariff you can set on a charge point is currently €0.79/kWh (excluding VAT). This limit exists because the eMSPs we work with cannot guarantee reimbursement of transactions above this rate.
To ensure you always receive payment from any visitor charging at your location, we apply this limit across our systems. In the future, this threshold may be adjusted, but for now the maximum remains €0.79/kWh.
