How is the Maxem Energy Cloud built up?

This extensive software guide is aimed at helping you to set up and manage your Energy Cloud in the best possible way.

Navigating through Maxem Energy Cloud is mainly done by using the menu items in the sidebar. Each menu item covers a separate section.

Organizations: This is the gate to your organization and all of your clients (if applicable) which use your Energy Cloud to manage their assets, etc. In this section all organizations are displayed.
Locations: All organizations have locations, at these locations the managed assets reside. In this section all locations of you (if applicable) and your tenants are displayed.
Assets: All managed assets at the locations of you (if applicable) and your clients are displayed in this section.
Users: All users that either have access to your Energy Cloud as a user or are registered as a passholder are displayed in this section. This section also allows you to manage them.
Passes: All registered passes that are whitelisted or are allowed to charge at a different rate (roaming free) are displayed in this section. This section also makes it possible to manage them or add new ones.
Transactions: All transactions at your charging stations and the ones of your tenants are displayed in this section.
Invoices: All invoices regarding reimbursement are displayed in this section. (Note: you can only see this if you have the account rights to see it). If you want to know the status of a subscription or a charged payment, please contact our finance department.
