The registration link of a user expired. How do I send a new one?
This article is for Partners, installers and admins in the Maxem Energy Cloud.
When you create a user account the new user receives an e-mail to create his/her password. This e-mail link is valid for 48 hours. After the 48 hours the user cannot register their account with this link.
When the registration link is expired you as an admin can send a new link as follows:
- Click left on “users”
- Click on the user you want to send the link to again
- a menu pops up. Click on the button “Resend registration link”
- The user will receive a new e-mail with a new link to register their account.
