How to interpret the Charge points overview table in Maxem Energy Cloud?
To access the Charge points overview table navigate to your location and then press the assets tile. After that select the Charge points tab to access the overview of your charge points. The following picture shows an example of such an overview:

Title of column | What does it mean? |
Charge point | This column shows the ID of the charge point and the manufacturer of the charge point. |
Location | This column shows the location of the charge point. |
Socket | This column shows the socket of the charge point. Including how many kW of the total capacity of the charge point is available for this socket. |
Status | This column shows the status of the socket. |
Session details | This column shows on the top line the user of the charge point. This can either be a charge pass ID or the name of the user. Under that it shows with how much kW is being charged and next to that it shows how much kWh has been charged in the ongoing session. |

Next to the charge points some actions can be performed. If you have a SLB or DLM subscription you have access to basic Priority Charging which can be activated and deactivated with the lightning bolt button. The square besides this can be used to remotely stop a transaction. |

Important symbols
This symbol can be found in the socket column and indicates that this socket is receiving priority charging and that thus more kW is available at this charge point. This symbol can also be found at the right side of the overview and when pressed here, this socket or session (depending on priority charging subscription) will receive priority charging.
This symbol can be found in the socket column and indicates that this charge point has a certain amount of kW available. This symbol can also be found in the session details column and here it indicates with how much kW is being charged in the ongoing session.
This symbol can be found in the socket column and indicates that a certain amount of kW is available at this charge point.
This symbol can be found completely on the right side of the overview and activates a remote stop of the ongoing charging session.
This symbol can be found completely on the right side of the overview and can be used to start a charging session remotely.
