How does a partner, add a public charging card as a 'whitelist' charging card for a customer?

As partner I want to allow a public charging card to charge free of charge at one or more of a customer’s charging stations.

Public charging cards can be easily added by partners as ‘whitelisted’ cards for a customer by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to MEC.

  2. Navigate to ‘Organizations’ in the left-hand menu and select the relevant customer by clicking on their tile.

  3. Navigate to ‘Users’ in the left-hand menu and add the user as either a cardholder or administrator, depending on their role within the organization. Fill in the user’s first name, last name, and email address, and save.

  4. Navigate to ‘Cards’ in the left-hand menu and add the public charging card by first selecting the correct user. Then, under ‘Public Card ID’, enter the visible ID from the front of the card, provide a nickname, and save.

  5. The charging card is now added and can be used as a ‘whitelisted’ card for the organization’s charging stations, provided that the access mode supports whitelisting.
