How do I receive e-mail error alerts for my charging station?
You can receive email notifications when there's a problem with your charging stations. For example, you can receive a notification when a charging station is offline. Configure this as follows:
- Navigate to your organization settings:
- For your own organization: Click "My organization" in the bottom left corner.
- For a sub-organization: Click "Organizations" on the left and click the tile of the desired sub-organization. Then click "Organization settings" on the left.
- A menu will open. Click the pencil icon
to make changes. - Scroll down to "Notifications." Check the box (Send notifications to the contact email address when assets require attention) to receive notifications at the email address of the contact person you entered.
- If you want to receive notifications at a different email address, also check the second box (Send notifications to the technical contact) and enter a different email address.
- Save the settings by clicking the
diskette icon.
