How do I find a user?

As the customer base—and with it the number of users—grows, it may become more convenient to use the search function to find a specific user.

Steps:

• In the left menu, select ‘Users’ to access the filter function for users.

• Navigate to ‘Filter’ and click on the filter.

• In the ‘Filter options’, click the dropdown under ‘Details’, fill in the ‘First name’ and ‘Last name’ fields, and finish by clicking ‘Add filter’ to find the desired user.
