How do I change an e-mail address in Maxem Energy Cloud? 

There are four places to change your e-mailadress. This article will describe how.

On the following four places you can change your e-mail adress:

  • For your own login account
  • For a user account within one of your organizations
  • For the contact person of the organization
  • For receiving billing information

 

Follow the steps below to update your email address for your Maxem Energy Cloud login account:

1. Log in to your Maxem Energy Cloud account using your current credentials.

2. Navigate to the “My Account” section, located at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

3. Select the pencil icon next to your account name to enter edit mode.

4. Enter your new email address in the designated field.

5. Click the save icon beside your name to confirm and apply the changes.

Your email address will be updated in your account profile. For any issues or further assistance, please contact Maxem support.

 

For a user account within one of your organizations:

  1. In the left-hand menu, select “Users”.
  2. Click on the user you want to change the e-mailadress for.
  3. Click on the pencil and change the e-mailadress. Save the change by clicking on the diskette icon. 

 

For the contact person of an organization

  1. In the left-hand menu, select “Organizations”
  2. Click on the organization you want to change the e-mailadress for.
  3. Click on the pencil and change the e-mailadress from the field 'contact e-mail'. Save the change by clicking on the diskette icon.

 

For receiving the billing information

  1. In the left-hand menu, select “Organizations”
  2. Click on the organization you want to change the e-mailadress for.
  3. Click on the tab 'Billing'
  4. Click on the pencil and change the e-mailadress from the field 'contact e-mail'. Save the change by clicking on the diskette icon.
