How do I register my EMS project with Maxem?
EMS projects require configuration of your end customer's location. This includes defining the limits for the charging stations and the contracted power so the Maxem Energy Controller can manage these limits. The location configuration must be completed by Maxem.

Process steps
1. New EMS project. Complete the Project Intake Form
2. Upload the Project Intake Form
3. Maxem meeting for technical analysis
4. Handover to Operations
1. Complete the Project Intake Form
Purpose:
The form serves as a framework to centrally collect the essential information of the EMS location.
Input:
– Project intake form
Output:
– Completed form with at least all mandatory fields filled in.
– Ideally including a single-line diagram (SLD).
2. Upload the Project Intake Form
Purpose:
By uploading the Project Intake Form, the form is entered into our CRM system as a new project.
Input:
– Completed and uploaded Project Intake Form.
Output:
– Newly created project.
3. Maxem meeting for technical analysis
Purpose:
Meeting with Maxem Sales to confirm the technical feasibility of the proposed EMS project.
Input:
– Scope
– Single-line diagram (SLD)
– Desired hardware
– Customer requirements
Output:
– Approved project for handover to Maxem Operations for the delivery phase.
4. Handover to Operations
The project is handed over to our Operations department.
