Can I change the logo on my charging station?

It is not possible to change the logo on the screen of your charging station through the Maxem Energy Cloud. The default protocol we use (OCPP) does not support uploading images (.jpg .png etc.) directly to the charging station.

To upload an image to the charging station you need to use the software of the vendor/manufacturer. For example, for the Alfen charging station you need the ACE Service Installer. Check the manual of the software what are the possibilities for changing the image on your charging station.
