Maxem’s energy management solutions integrate seamlessly with a wide range of AC and DC chargers using the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) with our Charge Point Management System (CPMS). This industry-standard protocol ensures reliable communication, remote monitoring, and control of chargers across diverse installations.
When your organization is ready to take the next step, the CPMS can be expanded with Energy Management System (EMS) features, like chargers, battery and solar energy control in combination with Dynamic Load management, all available within the same Maxem Energy Cloud platform. This enables you to add more charge points and other energy products while staying within your existing grid connection capacity.
OCPP allows Maxem to manage charger availability, monitor energy usage, perform diagnostics, and deliver firmware updates in a vendor-neutral, standardized way. This ensures interoperability with chargers from multiple manufacturers and simplifies the integration of charging infrastructure into your energy management system.
Maxem continuously collaborates with charger manufacturers and project partners to expand compatibility, keeping our solutions aligned with evolving technologies and project requirements.

Note: some chargers don't have an RFID reader like the Zappi charging station. If you want to use roaming make sure the charging station has an RFID reader.
