What HBE requirements does Maxem need to measure HBE generation?
Hernieuwbare Brandstof Eenheden (HBE’s) are becoming more and more relevant for the customers that we serve. This section lists the requirements that we need to have in place in order to collect the data clock-aligned and every 15 minutes in our database, so we can export this data via our platform.
HBE requirements AC charging stations
-
Charging stations are configured to send data via OCPP to our platform for their internal MID certified AC kWh-meter by setting parameter:
-
“ClockAlignedDataInterval” to value “900” seconds
-
“CentralMeterValueAlignment” to value “clock”
-
Besides this, we need to develop that data send in this way is stored in the correct way in our database so we can export this data via our platform.
HBE requirements DC charging stations
-
For every DC charging station for which we need to perform a HBE data export a MID certified AC kWh-meter is required to be installed on the group of the DC charging station.
-
This MID certified AC kWh-meter should be in the charge point node of the LocalProxy configuration.
