Subscription Overview
Note: Once an asset (charge point) has been archived, it will no longer appear in the Subscription Overview. Only active, non-archived assets and their subscriptions are shown.
To navigate to the Subscription Overview, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Maxem Energy Cloud.
- If you want to see it of a suborganization first click on organizations and select the organization.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on Subscriptions.
- The Subscription Overview page will load, displaying all subscriptions for the charge points in your accessible locations.
Subscription Cards
Subscriptions are grouped per asset (charge point). A subscription counts for each connector. So a charge point with two connectors has two subscriptions of each. Each charge point is displayed as an individual card containing the following information in the Card Header:
- Serial number and alias of the charge point
- Location and asset type (e.g.,
charging_station) - Organisation the asset is registered to
- Total annual price displayed on the right side of the card header (e.g., “€ 66,00 /yr”)

Subscription Table
Inside each card, a table lists all subscriptions for that charge point. The table includes the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Service | The name of the subscription service, e.g., “1st Line 24/7 Support” or “AC Charging.” |
| Period | The start date of the subscription and, if applicable, the end date. Displayed as a date range (e.g., “10 May 2025 / –” for an ongoing subscription). |
| Status | The current status of the subscription, such as Active or Expired. |
| Amount (Bedrag) | The quantity or unit count for the subscription. |
| Tariff | The price per unit for the subscription service (e.g., “€ 0,50” or “€ 5,00”). |
Filtering Subscriptions
Click the Filter button in the top-right corner of the page to open or close the filter panel. The filter panel on the right-hand side of the page allows you to narrow down the subscriptions displayed.

- Organisation — Select an organisation from the dropdown to filter subscriptions by organisation.
- Location — Select a specific location to view only the charge points at that site.
- Serial Number — Enter a charge point serial number to find a specific asset.
- Alias — Search by the alias (friendly name) assigned to a charge point.
To clear all active filters, click the Clear fields link at the bottom of the filter section. You can also clear filters per category (Location or Charge Point) individually.
