I cannot change my bank account details. What could be the problem?

In some cases it can happen that you edit your billing details but the system did not save the changes. Often this is caused by extra obligatory fields that need to be filled in. 

 

  1. Please make sure that the BTW nr. and Surname is not empty but filled in.

2. If you don’t want to fill in the BTW number you can choose the option to use the organisation details also for the billing details. For this you have to be sure the billing and organisation details should be the same.
