How to perform a hard reset of a charging station?

I want to perform a hard reset of a charging station in the Maxem Energy Cloud (MEC).

During the lifetime of a charging station at some point a hard reset could be required in order for all applications of the charging station to run smoothly again just like a computer sometimes needs a hard reset. 

This works as follows:

  1. Log in to MEC;

  2. Navigate using the side bar to ‘Assets’;

  3. Select ‘Charging station’ as asset type using the top bar;

  4. Open the charging station of choice by clicking on the charging station;

  5. Navigate to the top of the page using the top bar to ‘Actions’;

  6. Select ‘Hard reset’ from the drop-down list and perform the action by clicking on ‘Execute action’;

  7. Navigate to the ‘Logging’ tab in order to see whether the action has been successfully logged and followed-up by MEC.

Note: Be aware that the charging station needs to have a working online connection to be able to do a reset through the Maxem Energy Cloud. If your charging station is not online please read the manual of your charging station how to do a reset outside of Maxem's platform. If you cannot manage to get the charging station online we advise you to contact your installer.
