How do I reactivate a connector that has been temporarily taken out of service?
A connector that has been temporarily taken out of service can be reactivated via the platform.
Required steps:

First, select 'Organizations' from the left menu, and then choose the correct organization for which the charging station needs to be reactivated, by clicking on the tile for that organization. This will take you inside the organization.

Then, select 'Locations' from the left menu, and choose the correct location where the charging station should be reactivated, by clicking on the tile for that location. This will take you inside the location of the organization.

Next, select 'Assets' from the left menu, and choose the correct charging station by clicking on the row for that charging station.

For the correct connector of the charging station, click on 'Actions' in the charging station settings menu and select 'Reactivate' from the dropdown of available actions, then click 'Execute Action' to make the connector available again.
Note: With the above steps, you will navigate to all the charging stations connected to our platform at the same location within a charging plaza for an organization. There is also a shorter route using the search function for a specific charging station
