How to temporarily deactivate a charging station?

In some situations, it may be necessary to temporarily deactivate a charging station that is technically already operational or functioning properly. This could be to prevent charging from occurring, for example.

Required Steps:

1. Select the correct organization from the left menu under 'Organizations' by clicking on the tile for the organization where the charging station needs to be deactivated. This will open the organization's settings.

2. Select the correct location from the left menu under 'Locations' by clicking on the tile for the location where the charging station needs to be deactivated. This will open the location settings.

3. Select the correct charging station from the left menu under 'Assets' by clicking on the row for the charging station. This will open the charging station settings.

4. Click on 'Actions' at the top of the charging station settings menu, then select 'Deactivate' from the dropdown menu and click ‘Execute Action’ to make the charging station unavailable.

   Note: Following these steps will navigate you to all charging stations connected to the platform at the same location within an organization’s charging site. There is also a shorter route via the search function for a specific charging station, but this will only display that particular station
