If you have a Static Load Balancing or Dynamic Load Management subscription, you have access to Priority Charging Basic. This article gives a step-by-step guide on how to enable and disable priority charging on different charge points. **Step 1: Access your Maxem Energy Cloud account** - Go to [Maxem Energy Cloud](http://cloud.maxem.energy) and use your login in details to log in. **Step 2: Go to your charge point overview.** - Press "Assets" in the left menu in your screen. - You are now in the overview of all your assets. Please select the "Charge points" tab. **Step 3: Enable Priority Charging.** - When opening the charge point tab you get an extensive overview of your charge points.
