How do I make a backoffice account for my charging station at home as a private customer?

First your installer has configured your charging station(s) so it connects with the Maxem Energy Cloud backoffice. Next go to https://cloud.maxem.energy/register/tu. Fill in the ID of the charging station. If you get the message ‘ongeldige leverancier’ there can be several problems. 

  • The ID is case sensitive. Check if you used exactly the right capital and lowercase letters. 
  • The charging station is not connecting yet with the Maxem backoffice. The installer should configure the charging station with Maxem as backoffice.
  • The charging station is not compatible. Please check if your charging station is compatible: Link.

In the second step fill in the serial number of the charging station. Be aware that this serial is often different from the ID. 


In the following steps you are asked to fill in the charging station details and bank details etc. After finishing all the steps your subscription will be processed and you will receive an e-mail to activate your account.

 

FAQ

I received an email to create a password, but I can't complete the registration.

If you can't complete the registration process to create a password, one of the fields may not be filled in correctly. Make sure you enter the correct country code for phone numbers in the country code field. For example, the country code for the Netherlands is "+31" (without quotation marks).
