How do I check or change my bankaccount details?
The bank details used within the platform are used for transferring the reimbursements for credit invoices and for settling the payment of subscriptions.
To change your bankaccount details please follow the following steps
- Navigate to your organization settings:
- For your own organization: Click "My Organization" in the bottom left corner.
- For a sub-organization: Click "Organizations" on the left and click the tile for the desired sub-organization. Then click "Organization Settings" on the left.
- Press the "Billing" tab. Here you can find the bank details.
- Press the pencil symbol to edit your billing settings.
- Change the IBAN number to the new IBAN number.
- Press the save symbol to accept the new bankaccount details.
Note: All obligatory fields need to be filled in to be able to save your bankaccount details
