How do I add and/or manage an organization in Maxem Energy Cloud?
Adding and managing your clients and their organizations is done in the section Organizations, which can be accessed by clicking the Organizations menu item in the sidebar.
Add new organization
To add a new client to your EV Charging platform, you start by adding their organization. In this section you click on the button ‘Add organization’ in the top right corner. Once clicked the add organization flow will open in an overlay. The flow takes you along 5 steps to add the organization, the steps are:

Location details: like the name of the organization and the address;

Contact details: like email address and phone number;

Invoice details: like bank account number, VAT number and split billing;

Tariff settings: which are set for all locations of the organization, the tariffs settings can be inherited by the locations and assets or customized per location and asset as you like;

Company logo: this is will be used on the tiles in the organization overview to differentiate the organizations.
Once all the needed information is provided, the organization is added to Maxem Energy Cloud when you click on the button ‘Add organization’. Once clicked you will be taken back to the overview and when the organization is successfully added to the database you will get a notification in the bottom left of your screen.
Edit an organization
If you want to edit an organization, you can click on the ‘pen’ icon in the right bottom corner of the organization you would like to edit. Once you click on the icon an overlay will open with the details of the organization. The overlay has a couple of tabs.


On these tabs, located at the top of the overlay, you are able to edit the details of the organization you wish to edit. To edit the information on a tab, you have to click on the ‘pen’ icon on the top left side of the tab. Once clicked the input fields are enabled and allow you to edit the details.

Details: on this tab the organization, contact and invoice details are displayed.

Tariffs: on this tab the tariff settings for AC and DC charging are being displayed.

Whitelist: on this tab all users that have access or are passholders are being displayed. You are also able to see who have whitelist access to a charging station.

Affiliate margin: on this tab the margins you, as a reseller, will get as a kickback fee on tariffs and subscriptions are being displayed.
